Clients - Consultants and Business Advisors

Often the first task for any Consultant that visits a client is to gain an accurate understanding of the challenges facing the client. There is no better tool to do this than Assessor. Assessor can be used to undertake an overall assessment of the organisation or can be used in targeted areas. Assessor is visually appealing and great for brainstorming particularly involving those unfamiliar with the criteria.

If a more comprehensive understanding of the client is required then BPES would be the tool to use. In this case a consultant could facilitate the whole BPES process on behalf of the client.
